Other members of the cast included Penny Peyser as Cindy Fox, Harry's daughter-in-law and Harrison's wife, and Robby Kiger as Josh Fox, the couple's young son.
The series was created by Norman Hudis and produced by Fred Silverman Productions. It was well-received during its brief two-season run and was nominated for several awards, including a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Directing in a Drama Series.
Despite its popularity, "Crazy like a Fox" was canceled after the second season due to declining ratings.
